What you get
- Written price terms — for contracted volumes we will put a fixed price in writing for a defined period, so your cost per cup does not move underneath you mid-season.
- Batch consistency — our ceremonial and café grades are special blends, not single lots. That is the mechanism by which colour and taste are held steady from one delivery to the next.
- Stock held in New Zealand — you order from local stock, not from a container that has not sailed yet.
- Documentation — specification sheets and certificates of analysis supplied with the quote, not after you ask twice.
Samples
Complimentary tasting samples are available to trade buyers. Tell us which grade and what you are making with it, and we will send enough to run a real side-by-side against whatever you are using now — which is the only test that settles anything.
